Production Planning & Control
 Proactive identification of avenues for increasing production through process improvements and expansion in machinery to enhance productivity and reduce cost of production & manpower
 Interaction with Factory Head for identification of areas of performance bottlenecks and initiating corrective action, in consultation with the top management.
 Monitor market trends for analyzing current & competitor trends & identify market opportunities for new product development.
 Ensuring minimum wastage in cutting and optimum utilization of raw materials and labour.
Export Marketing
 Conceiving and implementing short / long-term business plans for the international marketing effort of the company
 End-to-end management of the export process to USA, UK, South Africa, Germany, Mauritius and throughout Europe.

 Developing cost effective global & domestic vendor sources for procurement of material & equipment. Interacted with global vendors in Korea, Brazil, Thailand and UK and China.
 Ensure on-time deliverables to the clients through tight supervision of the work

General Management
 Recruitment and Training of personnel at all levels to improve their skill sets in multi-skilled operations.
 Factory Administration functions including promoting the safety concepts throughout the organization.
