Grade A – fresh skin
From butcher hogs with lives weight from 250 pounds to 300 pounds
1. Whole skin up to high neck and with nipples on and hock skin on
2. No hole, no knife scar that is 10 cm (4”) or more from side
3. Minimum weight of 12 pounds with minimum size of 120 cm x 105 cm (48” x42”)
4. No excessive scratch on skin
5. No missing shoulder or legs
Grade B
1. From butcher hogs with live weight from 250 pounds to 300 pounds
2. Whole skin up to high neck and with nipples on
3. May have one hole or knife scar that is more than 10 cm (4”) from side
4. Minimum weight of 10 pounds with minimum size of 120 cm to 90 cm (48” x 36”)
5. May have some scratch
6. May be missing one or two shoulder or legs
