I represent Zhang Zhou Sun Shine Leather MFG Co., Ltd.; a Tannery Factory and a PU Coating Factory (Charter Golden International Ltd.); currently producing PU Coated Splits, and Suede Splits. Within our factories, Two Sammying Machines, Two Splitting Machines, Two Buffing Machines and Two PU Coating Lines, all tannery machines imported from France (Mercier Turner) and PU Coating Lines imported from Korea; allowing us a monthly capacity of 3 Million sq. ft. Our company is based in Hong Kong, but our factories, however is located in China. An ever growing and developing company, we are now expanding our interests internationally; in a never-ending search for quality and competitive pricing. We are looking for companies exporting the following hides: Bovine/Cow Wet Blue Whole Hide Drop Second Splits, Bovine/Cow Wet Blue Head Shoulder Splits, Bovine/Cow Wet Blue Double-Butt Splits or Bovine/Cow Limed Splits for sale. We are currently looking for the following standards/qualities regarding the hides:
1) Bovine/Cow Wet Blue Whole Hide Split Weights:
-Hide Ranges of 10 Kg + up
2) Qualities Requirement:
-100% Machine Flayed (Not Machine-Pulled),
-No Tick marks,
-No Grub marks,
-No Hump,
-No Heavy Flay Wounds,
-No more then Three Punch Holes, and Light Flay/Knife Wounds,
-No more then 2 brands on each hide,
-Uniform thickness; thickness of neck, back and belly areas must be even and should not be thinner then 1.4 mm,
-Other Areas (ie; Butt etc.); thickness must be no less then 2.8 mm,
-Vessels and veins; no more then 3% of the hide,
-Fully Flayed; Flesh side must have Very Little or No Flesh,
-Water Composition; must conform to the standards of the wet blue,
