by a wallace, sofrgr@aol.com on 1999-07-07 22:22:27. i just bought an older harley and the original saddlebags are in bad shape. the leather is dirty, real stiff and has started cracking in some places. it seems to be really good leather and i hate to throw them away. i was wondering if any one knows of anything i can do to restore them. i know that i cant fully restore them to the way they were originally but i am sure i they could be restored somewhat. will take any advice. thanks |
