Mr.Manzoor Rahim, who has done his masters’ in Chemical Engineering in Germany, had started his career in the leather industry with W.P.BOSSERT, Germany looking after the procurement of leather and allied products for a period of four years. Branching out on his own, he represented the company CAPRICE GMBH, Germany, and was their sole agent for the sourcing and procurement of shoe uppers for a period of two years. The annual off-take was about 800000 pairs, with an inspection of 2000 pairs/day. With the decision of Caprice, Gmbh to source from the East European Countries, Mr.Rahim, ventured on his own and was actively involved in the streamlining of the production and getting the finished products for certain reputed companies. SAMPLING AND PRICING: We make sure that the samples are done as per your designs and specifications provided and sent to you on time. With our experience and knowledge about the industry, we will also ensure that you get the best possible prices. INSPECTION OF MATERIALS TO BE USED: It is our responsibility to ensure that the materials used are as per specifications and samples approved by you. We will also ensure that the manufacturer has sufficient stock of materials for the orders placed on him ensuring that there are no hitches in the production process. We ensure that the accessories are standardized and are of international quality. CONTINUOUS ASSEMBLY-LINE INSPECTION: A continuous on-line inspection of the production process will be maintained so as to ensure that the final product is error free. Any corrections (if necessary) will be done then and there, in the process saving time, effort & money for the manufacturer. FINAL INSPECTION: A 100% inspection will be done to ensure that the finished products coming to you are of high quality not only with regard to the materials used but also in workmanship. PACKING AND FORWARDING: The packing and forwarding is done as per the international standards and also according to your specific instructions. FEEDBACK: You will receive from us a regular status report as to the progress here during production as well as post-shipment. We ensure that all the documents pertaining to the shipment are forwarded to you as well as your bankers and constant monitoring is done by us with cargo agents, airline offices, customs and other authorities until the goods reach your warehouse.
