We are leading manufacture supplier in acrylic mink blanket plant in Korea. We have been experienced and developed for double raschel blanket machine. In 1978 firstly in Korea. Also, The machine with the unique function has been heating the reputation all of the world since 1978. In an early stage of Hyun Dai industry Co., This machine had been produced with 150 R.P.M. But now, we have developed the machine with 380 R.P.M. through R&D based on the spirit of enhancing best quality of the machine. We supplied ParkShin Textile company,DaeHung Textile Co, JoonGang Textile Co...etc in total 35 companies in Korea with the machine and exported Indonesia, U.A.E., China, Jordan and India in case of oversea marcket. The machine is pointed to reduce the error per each main parts and to fix the quality level based on international specification and knits the blanket by movement of piston up and down. So the ground of the blanket is knitted strongly. The summary for production capacity of double raschel blanket machine is the Min. 20,000 pcs/monthly - Max. 100,000 pcs/monthly. This machine have applicated the mosquito net, fishing net, sunshine roof net and car seat by single raschel.
