This is my first post to the board.

I leather-cover armrests for cars. Actually, very specific BMW model cars. Many customers have asked if I can stitch 3 stripes of colored thread onto the leather pieces I use. I have been told that I need to use 100% nylon thread, and I have found the correct colors in nylon.

I would like to stitch three 1/4" wide, solid stripes of this thread onto the 2.5 oz hides I use from Spinneybeck. Can this be done? Who can do this work? I live in Los Angeles, but I suppose anyone would do. The stripes would be in a straight line, all right up next to each other with no gaps between them. The pices I would do are approx. 8" x 14", and the stripes would run diagonally across.

Thanks in advance,
Jon Maddux
