The water to heat circulates through them. The HOT POT direct fire boiler is suitable for use where it is essential to assure hot water in large quantities: HOTELS, CONDOS, COMMUNITIES, FACTORIES, TANNERIES, FARMS, etc. B) The HOT POT direct fire boiler offers many advantages: it can heat the water over 90° C, keeping a large quantity of thermal energy at users' disposal, and facing up to peaks of comsumption; it can continuously produce a large amount of hot water, thanks to the direct exchange between the combustion products and the water; installation times and costs are reduced, because there is no need for the setting of single components (heater + boiler) and the relative laying of pipes and pumps; the fuel consumption is reduced, because there is no dissipation of energy through single components and pipes; the scheduled maintenance is easier, because of the pull-out boiler shell. C) In order to improve the heating power of the HOT POT direct fire boiler and the uniformity of the water temperature, it is necessary to take care of the continuous circulation of hot water. We advise that a water-softener be used to prevent the scales. D) On request, we can supply direct fire boilers with a greater continuous output than the models listed in our technical tables; besides, we can supply direct fire boilers with customized dimensions or planned for an installation in horizontal position.
