We are a modest family firm but we dare say we are true professionals and we know our job.
Since 40 years some of our executives have travelled non stop all over the world, over 85 countries visited to select suppliers and products.
As a matter of fact our family has been in this trade since the beginning of that century coming from Mazamet ( Tarn ) France.
We have shown in many international fairs out of which nearly thirty years at " PARIS SEMAINE DU CUIR - PORTE DE VERSAILLES " since 1964 .
Should you want to know our commercial references either suppliers' side or customers' side we can give you a very long list, no objection, no secret at all.You just ask and we will be very pleased to oblige.

We don't do any miracle.
We work hard to make a decent living and as much as we can we do our very best to promote our suppliers' products trying to protect the interests of who ever feed us.
Most of our suppliers and customers are now old times friends.

AS MUCH AS WE CAN WE LIKE TO WORK WITH EXCLUSIVE TRADE AGREEMENT.

This is our philosophy and commercial policy.

PD : Description of the services we are offering to our suppliers and/or customers :

1.- A forty-year experience selling thousands of hides and skins, following them up along the process of tanning gave us a thorough knowledge of the products we are offering, of the best applications to be given to them and for which final aim they may be recommended.

2.- All these years, since 1964, we travelled throughout the world creating a large network of business connections as well on suppliers’side as on buyers’side and there exists virtually no country where we do not have a good connection.
In many cases, these business relations along with the time and age became a close friendship independently of religion, colour of the skin and political ideology.

3.-Through our well-known bulletin "prices mercurial" we can inform our customers about ratings of the moment for any raw material, hides and skins, on the main world-wide markets.

4.- On request, we can provide within 24-48 hours a very detailled proposal of a given product.
For the sales the matter is more complex because we depend very much on world-wide market fluctuations which are beyond our control.

5.- If you are interested, we will take care of the negotiations with our suppliers, except when the are goods already under our control at free zone of Barcelona which would make the operation easier.

6.- Without any commitment, we offer to act as you advisor to recommend an eventual purchaser the goods best fit to his requirements at that moment and for the sales we would seek the best bidder taking care of the good development of the operation since the first negotiations up to the final delivery.

7.- We are in a position to provide a technical report on a given product stating its own characteristics, minimum, maximum and average sizes thickness, main defects, drawbacks and qualities as well as its best utilisation.

8.- On presentation of a sample, of a finished hide or skin, we can suggest the best raw material fit to achieve it and attach to our suggestions a concrete quotation in order to allow our customer to carry out the most reliable and realistic survey on cost and profitability as possible.

9.- Except counter order or a special case, we will always personally follow up every negotiation with supplier and/or customer keeping our principals well informed at every moment.
After signing an eventual agreement, we could also take care of the logistic part, insurance as well as of the follow-up until the final delivery and collection.
We are operating since nearly twenty seven years now with same customs shipping and forwarding agent.

10.- If unfortunately, any justified claim should arise, we can organise an official expert report, if necessary, or negotiate a friendly and impartial solution with the parties involved.

11.- In the event where our reader would be a supplier, we offer him same quality of services in the opposite direction and we undertake in addition to defend his interests as ours.

12.- In most cases, our customers always have the alternative to go and inspect the goods purchased at the origin country.
An eventual overseas buyer of Spanish products either raw, semifinished or finished will have the same advantage..

13.- In the event you find all above somewhat ambitious we offer to produce a long list of business references from any part of the world.

14.- Eventually, please remember that all that glitters is not gold, and .
cheap things sometime turn out to be expensive and that the old story of good, pretty and cheap is just a fairy tale for naive or for children and that, who pays peanuts receives monkeys.

WE CONSIDER THAT A COMMISSION IS A SALARY AND THAT A GOOD AGENT IS NOT A PARASITE.

15.- We are a modest family company we do not perform miracles but we feel convinced that if you provide us a chance we can be useful for you.
Excuse our lack of modesty but we pretend to be true professionals in our sector.

NB. We always prefer to operate with sole, unconditional and mutual agency agreement for any business, either direct or undirect, because in the past we were taught by experience when working freelance that we opened ways to competitors or to some unfair suppliers and/or customers.
