To give you an overview of my background, I have a solid twenty years of experience fully in leather, right from raw to finish stage. I have enormous exposure in finishing of sheepskins, quality control of finished leather, procurement and marketing of EI, Wet blue of goat, cow and sheep. In my overall career, I have been adjudged as the best team leader not only for maintaining a cordial relationship with subordinates but also for extracting the maximum output to the company.

In 1995, I had taken an overseas offer from M/s. Afrotan Co. Ltd, Khatoum, Sudan, on one-year contract. During my association with Afrotan, I took care of entire export operations of pickle, wet blue and crust.
