i would like to let you know something about my company. we are a trading company that trade plastic scraps. we are new to this leather scrap business. so i don't have so much knowledge in this field and need your introduction and explanation sometimes.
now one of my plastic scrap client introduce me to his friend, who is a lady, have been in leather scrap business for three years. she is still sticking in china inbound buy and resell these scraps, not stepping out the country. as the days' competition is becoming severe and her customer's base enlarging day by day, her needs for these scraps growing substantially. so now she focus her eye on international business, want me to assist her to locate oversea's suppliers, whose leather scrap's quality is assumed to be better and more welcome then china local leather scraps. she is considered to be a big client, she told me every month she can consume at least 10 containers, probably up...so i think that's a very good news. your supplying capability is absolutely match her preference. i show your pictures to her, she pay a substantial high focus on your company and want to know more.
she told me some requirements, she prefer the size to at least 2-3 man size, the bigger the better, as she will then resell to some furniture or other production company that prefers bigger size to smaller size, although she told me smaller size could be sold out though through her established business channel. but of course for reproduction purpose, bigger size would be more welcome.
second, she can buy cow nappa, black color is appreciated, multicolor is ok though, but she like to emphasize that red, yellow, brown, etc. would be more welcomed in china market. does these scraps' color could be selected? she doesn't need sheep nappa at this moment as her end buyer now have large stocks for sheep nappa, so we can give up this for a while until the market is clear.
third, she requires to see scrap sample before proceed for security reason. once the quality is accepted, she definetely will pay a visit to your company and then have a face talk. that is considered to beneficial to each other, at least we are knowing who we are doing businss with. does your company allow gree sample shippment?
by the way, pleaes answer my following questions, these questions are important to me before we enter into business relationship:
1) i am an agent, so my major income is depending on commission that reward for my business assitance. please tell me how much commission i can reward once the deal is succeeded? i would like to know your opinion.
2) what is your supplying capability per month?
3) payment method? and payment scedule?
4)does site visit is allowed? i will ask my client if he required on site inspection before business is kicked start?
5)how much shipping charges from your country to hongkong? we prefer you to quote us the price on C&F HK basic for cow nappa, and please attach photos accordingly.
6) please instruct me detail procedure of doing busienss with your company. where the scraps is stocked at which country?
