1,750,000 sq/ft. Full grain finished cow leather for shoes according to the Following specifications:

- Thickness = 1.3 - 1.5 mm.

- Color = 75% Black, 25% Brown.

- Through and through dyeing.

- Good shining.

- Tensile strength = 140 - 150 kg/cm2.

- Elongation = (60-80).

- Flexing = 12000 cycle.

- Color fastness = 32L (cycle) (light effect).

- Ash (without Cr2O3) = 3% max.

- Cr2O3= 3.5% min.

- Humidity = 10-18%.

- Lasting = 20-24 kg/cm2.

- Area (side) not less than 12sq.full grain per piece.

I - Packing: with poly film and jute, export seaworthy standard whenever necessary and applicable.

II- Shipping marks: each label should include the following:

1- Arabic numbering (Arabic letters and numbers).

2- Numbers of pieces in each roll (bundle) in each package.

3- Total area per sq. full grain.

4- Total weight in kg.

III- Inspection: by international inspection company (as SGS) along with the buyer representative.

IV- Delivery period: in five months from receipt of the L/C.

- Partial shipment is allowed.

- First shipment should be about 200.000 sq. full grain in 40" feet container and to be shipped within 30 days of opening L/C.

- Balance of the quantity to be delivered within four months after.

V- Payment: by irrevocable L/C to be opened after receiving supplier's performance bond (performance guarantee) 5% of the L/C value.

VI- Required documents: 1- Commercial invoice.

2- Certificate of origin.

3- Clean bills of lading.

4- Packing list.

5- Manufacturing's certificate of inspection.

6- Insurance policy.

7- Third party inspection certificate (SGS).
