We have had three consecutive bad experiences with Scandinavian buyers. One buyer, Claus Buch Accessories in Charlottenlund, Denmark took a lot of samples from us and never placed orders. Several times Claus Buch informed us that he would return the samples or make payment but failed to do so.

The second was Lucas Laedere in Slagelse, Denmark. They placed a trial order with us, promised to remit payment before shipment but never did so. We phoned several times but Peter Alexander, the owner pretended that he did not understand English although I could recognise his voice. He has also ignored our request for the return of our samples or payment for them.

The third is Damstua Design in Skien, Norway. They requested for samples and promised to pay along with courier charges but did not make payment. The owner, Ms.Sissel Bergby always puts down the phone when she recognises my voice when I call.

Has anybody else had any experiences with the above buyers or any other buyer in Scandinavia?
