I CAN HELP. I KNOW MOST OF THE SINGERS BUT THAT # IS NOT FAMILIAR. IT MAY BE A SUB-CLASS #. NORMALLY SINGERS
HAVE A THREE DIGIT # THEN A - AND ANOTHER TWO OR THREE DIGIT #. IF THERE ARE MORE #'S ON THE BRASS TAG IT WILL HELP ME TELL YOU WHAT IT IS.
