CONDITION: Skins are sold as either: Air-Dried (Raw) or, Aluminium Sulphate Dressed
GRADING: 1ST GRADE Full winter season skin with long dense fur and mainly sound pelt. 2ND GRADE Winter season skin with slightly lower fur and possibly some small holes in the pelt. 3RD GRADE Skins with medium to short fur or fur imperfections and possibly some holes/slight damage in the pelt. DAMAGED Skins with fur and/or pelt damage but with minimum 50% usable area.
SIZE: AIR-DRIED: Large : 82/+ cm Medium: 72-82cm Small : under 72cm
DRESSED Large : 75/+ cm Medium: 65-75cm Small : under 65cm
SALES: Offers are made with a combination of grades and sizes, it is not possible to purchase only selected grades.
PACKAGING: Fox skins are usually packed in bales and transported by air freight.
