The Company is looking for topnotch professionals for the following key positions for its Leather Business :

1) Purchase Manager
The candidate should be a Leather Technologist from a reputed institute with 6-8 years experience in the Leather industry, particularly in Finished Leather procurement. A post graduation (preferably an MBA with specialization in Purchase Management) from a reputed institute will be an additional advantage.
The candidate should be result focused, sincere, hard working, a quick learner, and a team player with high level of integrity. He/ she should possess good communication, negotiation and analytical skills. He/ she should be fluent in English, Hindi & Tamil.
The successful candidate is likely to be based in Vaniambadi and will need to travel in the leather producing areas of Tamil Nadu.

2) Purchase Executive
The candidate should be a post graduate, preferably an MBA from a reputed institute with 2-3 years experience in the procurement function in a Leather Garment business or the Apparel industry.
The candidate should be result focused, sincere, hard working, a quick learner, and a team player with high level of integrity. He/ she should possess good communication and negotiation skills. He/ she should be fluent in English & Hindi.
He/ she is likely to be based in Dewas or Chennai and should be willing to travel extensively throughout India.
3) Quality Systems & Business Excellence Professionals [dewas]

Candidate should be an Engineer / MBA from a reputed institute/university and preferably should be a qualified lead assessor for ISO. He should have 3-5 years experience in manufacturing/service industry in the area of quality systems management. The candidate should have the ability to drive quality initiatives and should have exposure to implementing ISO / TQM and Six Sigma in a manufacturing set up. The incumbent should be well versed with quality tools and techniques and should have excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.
